City of Milwaukie - Traffic Regulation (TRG). General Description of Regulation: This regulation designates the required traffic regulations along Home and Wood Avenue due to the recent capital improvement project. General Location: Home and Wood Avenue between Monroe Street and Railroad Avenue. Need for Traffic Regulation: The signage created as a result of the Home and Wood Avenue capital improvement project requires a corresponding traffic regulation. Description for New Traffic Control Measure(s): 1. Establish a “No Parking Any Time” zone along Home Avenue from the intersection of Railroad Avenue 200 ft. north on the east side and 800 ft. north on the west side. 2. Installation of a “Stop” sign at the southwest corner of Wood Court and Wood Avenue. 3. Installation of a “Speed Limit 25” sign near the northeast corner of Wood Avenue and Railroad Avenue.
