General Description of Regulation: Create a no parking zone on the southern portion of Lava Dr west of SE Riverway Ln. General Location: Southern section of Lava Dr from Riverway Ln to 1400 SE Lava Dr. Need for Traffic Regulation: Lava Dr is too narrow to provide on-street parking and still maintain two travel lanes. The new apartments at 1600 SE Lava Dr have increased the number of vehicles parking on Lava Dr, essentially turning this section of Lava Dr into a one lane road. This raises concerns for emergency vehicle access. Description for New Traffic Control Measure(s): Add no parking anytime signs to indicate no parking from the start of the block till the entrance to 1400 SE Lava Drive.
