City of Milwaukie - Traffic Regulation (TRG). General Description of Regulation: To make temporary TRG 509 into a permanent TRG. This includes keeping the intersection of SE Willard Street and SE 27th Avenue as an “All-Way Stop” sign controlled intersection and removing the right-turn only signage and pavement marking, allowing left-hand turns from SE Willard Street onto SE 27th Avenue. General Locations: The intersection of Willard Street and 27th Avenue. Description for New Traffic Control Measure(s): Install 2 stop signs, and appropriate new traffic change warnings, on the south, and north approach of the intersection of SE Willard Street and SE 27th Avenue. Remove both the “Right Turn Only” sign and “No Left Turn” sign. Remove the right turn arrow pavement marking at the SE Willard approach.
