As we celebrate the season we pause and reflect on ‪#‎Milwaukie‬ holiday gatherings of yesterday -- today's ‪#‎TBT‬ photo dates back to the early 1990s and features a street scene in front of City Hall where the annual Christmas Tree lighting ceremony is about to get underway. If you look closely you will see some things have changed in 20 years -- and some things haven't!
