Happy Thanksgiving Milwaukie! On this holiday ‪#‎TBT‬ we're thankful for our community and the many great leaders and volunteers who make ‪#‎Milwaukie‬ such a great place to live, work, and play! We're also thankful for our partners at the ‪#‎MilwaukieHistoricalSociety‬ who do so much to preserve our City's heritage and provide us with an endless supply of #TBT photos smile emoticon Today's throwback takes us to 1993 and a poster advertising the Share the Lights Festival which featured the annual Umbrella Parade. We believe this year marks the 25th anniversary since the first Umbrella Parade marched down Main Street. This year's parade will take place at 4 pm on Saturday December 5th - SAVE THE DATE!
