On this 12th Week of our #TBT Campaign, as the festivities go on all around us, we flash back to an early 1990s Umbrella Parade street scene featuring Santa, City Hall, and a Milwaukie Fire Department truck. The MFD served the City for most of the 20th century until it was merged into Clackamas Fire District No. 1, who serves our City to this day.
