General Description of Regulation: Adding parallel parking only signs by Balfour Park. General Location: Throughout the entire frontage of Balfour Park on SE Balfour St. Need for Traffic Regulation: The gravel area in front of the park is wide. Therefore, vehicles have been angle-parking between the boulders in front of the park fence. This causes a portion of the vehicles to encroach onto the road. Description for New Traffic Control Measure(s): Add three parallel parking only signs. One at each end of the park and one at the midpoint.
