General Location: At the dead end of SE 23rd Ave north of SE Llewellyn St. Need for Traffic Regulation: SE 23rd Ave is a narrow road. It cannot accommodate street parking on both sides of the street and still provide sufficient maneuvering room for emergency vehicles. Description for New Traffic Control Measure(s): Paint northern curb of SE 23rd St and parts of the southern curb red. Add Fire Lane No Parking in white letters to the red curb. Add fire lane signs.
